The PSATs will be administered to students in grades 10 and 11 on Tuesday, January 26.  Our school will follow a modified schedule, which can be accessed here: TVHS Schedule for January 26, 2021.

Unless they have opted out, all 10th and 11th  grade students are scheduled to take the PSAT.  The test will begin at 7:45 a.m. and will last until approximately 12:00 p.m.  All students should bring two No. 2 pencils and a calculator to the test. Students are encouraged to visit the PSAT Practice Test site to help prepare for this test.

Students who are not testing should not attend school in-person on Tuesday.  9th graders (and 10th & 11th graders not testing) should complete the virtual business trip in the morning. Seniors should engage in college and career preparation activities.  Hyperlinks to directions for both of these virtual activities are included in the schedule.

All students will attend blocks 3 and 4 in accordance with the schedule; students taking the PSAT will attend in-person and all other students will attend virtually.  Students attending virtually should adhere to the livestream student expectations.

On Monday afternoon, our food services department will make bagged lunches available to students who are not taking the PSAT; students can take these home for lunch on Tuesday.

For CTC Students:

  • TCHS students who are not taking the PSAT should attend TCHS as usual.
  • The bus to BCTC will depart TVHS at 12:00 p.m.  BCTC students not taking the PSAT may report to TVHS at 12:00 p.m.

If you have any questions, please contact the high school office.
