Schedule Change Requests
Students who wish to request a change to their 2026–2027 schedule should email their high school counselor by Monday, August 17.
Counselors will review requests through the week of August 17. To help manage volume, please do not send multiple communications regarding the same request.
Change requests must be for different courses or academic levels (e.g., Honors vs. Academic). We are unable to honor requests for specific teachers or class meeting times.
Counselors are not regularly in the office until the week of August 17 and will respond to emails in the order received. As long as your request is sent by the deadline, please be patient as counselors process high volumes of requests. Schedule changes can only be completed by the student’s assigned counselor; please do not direct requests to other staff members.

Student Cell Phone Protocol: The TVHS Student Handbook has been updated with the District’s student cell phone protocol for the 2026-2027 school year. Click here for a letter that outlines this protocol.
Athletics: The 2026 Fall Sports Season is approaching, with football and golf practices starting next week. Click here for more information about athletics and registration.
Transportation: Transportation assignments for the upcoming school year will be viewable in Infinite Campus starting Friday, August 14th, following our Driver Back to School meeting. Please check Infinite Campus again on Friday the 21st, prior to the start of school, as updates may be made based on driver feedback. Additionally, please have your student outside and ready to board the bus at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Finally, we ask for your patience during the first week of school as we all settle back into our routines. Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to a great school year!

Summer Assignment: Students enrolled in Honors or AP courses for the 2026–2027 school year may have required summer assignments. Review the complete list on the Summer Assignments LibGuide. Completed physical assignments due on the first day of school may be dropped off in the High School Office throughout the summer (please label all submissions with the student's full name and course title).
Parking: Parking permits for the 2026-2027 school year will be available in the High School Office between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. beginning Monday, August 10. Information about purchasing a parking permit for the 2026-2027 school year is available on the Twin Valley High School website under ‘Menu’à 'About Us'à ‘School Information’ à Driving/Parking. Students who do not yet have a driver's license but plan to obtain one during the school year can submit a form with available details and pay the fee to reserve a space.
